The studies published in this book are the result of the communications provided by their authors at the 3rd edition of the lnternational Conference on Communication and Education in Knowledge Society (CESC), held at the West University of Timisoara (UVT), Romania, between 9 and 10 November 2017. This conference was organized by the Department of Educational Sciences of the Faculty of Sociology and Psychology in collaboration with the Department of Philosophy and Communication of the Faculty of Political Sciences, Philosophy and Communication, and had as partners the Romanian Institute for Adult Education (IREA), the Institute for Social and PoliticaI Researche (ICSP), Centre for Researche in Philosophical Historiography and lmaginary Philosophy (CCIFFI), Timis Country School Inspectorate (ISJTM) and the Cultural House of Timisoara City (CCOTM). The topic of this conference was Collective Capacity Building (CCB), a comprehensive, interdisciplinary, transdisciplinary and exemplary theme for the knowledge society we are living in. - Gheorghe Clitan
